After booking, you'll receive two emails: one for payment, one for your booking confirmation.

Click the link in the booking email to view your trip details anytime.

Car plate info is usually updated on the day of departure (late morning).

We recommend checking the link about 1 hour before your pickup time.

There’s no strict limit — we’re flexible.

But if you have more than two bags per person, just give us a heads-up.

Nope. All our seats are the same price, regardless of age.

We do our best to be punctual. If there's a delay, we’ll update you as soon as possible.

Light snacks are fine — just no strong smells or crumbs, please =）

Check your spam or junk folder — especially hotmail and outlook user. Sometimes emails hide there! Still nothing? Just WhatsApp us and we’ll resend it.

Unless otherwise stated, you can reschedule if your trip is more than 7 days away.

For trips in less than 7 days, you have two options:
1. Let our team reopen your seat — if someone else books it, you can reschedule your trip to a future date.

2. If you're a member, you can use points to reschedule without waiting for your seat to be sold (T&Cs apply).

Points for rides — every RM10 spent = 1 point

· Already registered? You can check your own points anytime via the link provided.

· No Gmail? Don’t worry, the system will send you a PIN. Just key it in to access your account.

· Just registered? Your points might not show up yet. Give us 1–3 working days to sync your account.

· No login needed when booking. Just book as usual — points will be added to your account within 3–5 working days after your ride.

· Points policy & membership terms may change, so stay tuned for updates!

Points can only go to the email and sg contact number you registered with. Let us know ASAP and we’ll help you fix it (before the points fly away!)
